FindExams provides multiple ways for users to evaluate the platform before making a purchase. Every certification category includes a free demo package, and each question package page contains sample questions available both online and as downloadable PDF files. Users can review the interface, exam structure, question quality, and overall simulator experience before purchasing any paid package.
2. Refund Eligibility After Exam Usage
Due to the digital nature of the platform and the availability of demo packages and sample questions before purchase, refunds are generally not available after a user starts an exam session within a purchased package. Starting an exam confirms that the user has accessed and begun consuming the digital content and simulator environment that was available for evaluation prior to purchase.
3 Technical Issues & Platform Errors
If a user experiences a verified technical issue, bug, or platform error that directly prevents effective use of the purchased package, the issue may be reviewed by our support team.
3.2. Reporting Technical Problems
To report a technical problem, users must contact contact@findexams.com and provide a clear explanation of the issue, the approximate time the problem occurred, and supporting screenshots or screen recordings when possible. This information helps our team investigate and validate the reported issue.
3.3. Package Extension for Verified Issues
If the reported technical issue is verified and confirmed to have negatively affected the user’s preparation process, FindExams may extend the affected package access period by one additional month as compensation for the disruption.
